What will be your strategy of focus?

They can be a bit on the pricey side and they can be selective on the development/construction side, but overall, they're solid.

My first property, a C-Class multi-family in Houston, seemed like a great investment, but it turned out to be a money pit.

The plan for the property would be to rent it monthly while we are not there and use it at least once a year for ourselves.
