My thought was to take a cash out refi, add to other funds and start a system of doing a flip-to-flip-to-flip strategy then aquire a buy and hold.

I suggest as an agent, you get to know those in the medicare system that take care of benefit eligibility applications.

I strongly dislike the continued pressure of HomeAway to be in control of property for which they have contributed nothing and want to position myself with data and system independent of them but one which is compatible with HomeAway and is inexpensive. 

I figure  it would take to run on solar and battery bank system $30k.
