When he moved in, I gave him written instructions not to put large food items down the sink. 

The City of Westminster occupancy code states that no more than 5 unrelated persons may live in the same dwelling.Therefore, in my 4 bedroom houses, where I allow single occupancy per bedroom, I am well within the limit of the City's Occupancy code.I also do not offer additional services - no food, no maid service, etc. 

And of course, not to be concerned about having to eat cat food after retiring.

Consider this: "Swimming after fish with a bat and hitting them to put food on the table works great.

That's HUGE, especially if you're in a market that is expected to appreciate well such as Houston.Just some food for thought.

Aim for the spiders' food source, disrupt their living conditions, and get their eggs.
