I wanted to get peoples thoughts on specific areas in the US that would be good to look at for holding a vacation rental.Interested in hearing about areas where the purchase price is realistic when compared to the vacation rental market (meaning that there is good demand for rentals throughout much of the year with attractive rates).

Not to worry about your buyer's list, first concentrate on getting the deals, the buyers will come if you deal is attractive enough.

While Direct Selling, MLM, etc. has a negative connotation, I was attracted to the opportunity for it's larger purpose of delivering renewable energy as opposed to selling a luxury good.Also, once I researched the partnership with SolarCity, I figured it had to have garnered some clout.Renewable energy has been a growing trend so I was looking for a way to jump in the wave.Thanks again for your response!
