I'm at the re-fi stage of my first BRRRR property. 

My thought was only to INSPIRE and at this stage, conservative estimation would be more prudent.

I'm at that stage now and plan  to pay the HELOC off quickly and then start over again.  

What is a good way to start out to raise investor funds to reach that stage?

I'm also in the beginning stages of getting my investing career going so I understand what investors are looking for as opposed to buyers and can minimize headaches for you by having feet on the ground & a solid list of contractors for things I cannot do.

@Jerad Miller, you should believe that, whether you buy a $10k property OR use the $35k as a deposit on one or two duplexes - you will at that stage have NO more cash left over to help you scale your investments further.

I'm not a novice, but feel there is a lot more in the RE world I want and need to learn since I am expanding past my landlord stage of investing and into a more adventurous and profitable RE path.Regards to All,Laurie Surla
