To vilify and potential harm the livelihood of one that does is unfair and counterproductive to say the least for a common user of the site but ESPECIALLY true of a moderator and I would expect more of someone who carries the weight of such a tag.

I use MyRentals.com, it is very user friendly and you get instantaneous response.

Some people include their financing costs, some people include capital expenditure as a percentage of gross rental income (I never found this one reasonable since usually higher-end properties that command higher rent are treated better and cared for better than lower rental income properties), and then there are some people who assume that your expenses are limited to taxes, insurance and owner-paid utilities.  

These would seem to be user input error/misunderstandings.The balance increase would be from a modification.  

I have networked and have prepared for my return to the US.I have been able to network with so many BP users that want to help me and work with me... it has been such an awesome experience.

While in general, coverage is designed in the likes of a honeycomb, the height of the tower, engineered capacity, real estate zoning restrictions,  user demands, and obstruction will play a big part in cellular site saturation.

Online ed was not user friendly and difficult to follow.
