I have spoke with so many guys who never pulled the trigger and frankly it is sad because if they would have 5-10 years ago they would have a different life now.  

Utilized the time during the pandemic in educating myself so I had more confidence to take action and finally pull the trigger.

I knew I wanted to be in real estate since I was about 17 years old, pulled the trigger when I was 21 and bought my first house.

I can tell you from experience that it's very valuable to visit the area you're planning to invest in before you pull the trigger.

A lease is a contract and thus is still valid unless it has a termination clause triggered by PMC termination (unlikely).Please understand you cannot FORCE tenants to sign a new lease contract with a new PMC or yourself.

Talked to an original owner neighbor, they mentioned they had the same and it would come on by itself somehow but they didn't know what triggered it.Before digging through our attic - I figured I'd ask here...Could this be part of the overall heating system (gas furnace / forced air)?

I've decided to pull the trigger and change careers from electrical worker to real estate agent.

IF you are the owner of the LLC it does not trigger the due on sale clause (Per conversations I have had with my CPA) and if the lender asks you can always move it back or provide proof that you own the LLC.

I have been interested for about a year in real estate investing but I have yet to pull the trigger on a property.
