Investing further away factor in your travel time and time spent away from home. 

I was thinking of doing MTR in Madison, since I think there should be a demand for travel nurses and students,but I don't understand how does the numbers work so the houses are so expensive.Would love to chat with more experiences investors. 

Yes I made sure they were an arborist, had full insurance and they had 35 years of experience.

We'll go stay with family out of state (and will mix in some travel).

So out of the inflated cleaning fees, both the worker and owner earn less AND could experience reduced NET occupancy due to the overall cost of stays being less competitive.

That's a bummer you had this experience with a seller although it is not uncommon.
