Temple in located right on the I35 corridor, is a nicer town than Killeen, and is seeing a good amount of new development in the area. 

If its built before the lead disclosure date then assume it has lead paint and move forward accordingly. 

If you are looking for price per room for a college town I would look under the room/shared area on craigslist.

The home is in Baldwin County, AL and was built in 1940.
