Do you need to go to the bars when you can just buy a six pack and drink at home, do you really need to get your nails and hair done at a solon when you can do it yourself, do you need to pay so many phone bills does everyone including your 3 yr old need phones?

Now me I would have lost half of them in the negotiation stages I simply take it to personally... and this is very true with FSBO.. you need the buyer and seller NEVER to meet or engage they kill move deals than carters got pills So in your mind a realtor with a high school diploma (most, frankly every single one I've ever met or worked with) is the same as a person with 7 years of education and a very difficult to pass professional exam called the BAR, far harder than a realtors exam...BIG difference between being an attorney involved in a civil suit over real estate and selling a house.
