There are a lot solutions in life that cost money to implement, but solutions result nonetheless from these investments---and money could be used to hire a attendent/assistant/care giver (that's what I meant by an in-house assisted living) to run the errands, etc. that your mother in law is not up for.

as an reo agent, I can tell you a few things I think happened.1.While the agent being in ‘bed’ with the winning investor is certainly likely, I don’t think so in this case.
