Hello BP Community, I have a somewhat tricky situation that I need help with - which may be a simple answer for you Real Estate experts! 

Working with a knowledgeable local agent and keeping your finances ready will help you seize good opportunities.

We wanted a new primary residence, and wanted to find something we could have a rental on the same property to supplement our mortgage payment.

I won't get into STR until I have a LTR portfolio large enough to supplement the inconsistencies of STR in my market, if at all.

It's been very helpful with our mortgage payment.We're looking to move, and I'd love to find a similar multifamily property.

That could help get some answers.
