Please I need some advice.

The seller seems motivated to sell, which has piqued my interest in exploring alternative financing options.I'm seeking advice and insights from the experienced members of this community who have successfully utilized creative financing strategies in the past.

I am hoping to meet like minded individuals who can share their experience getting started, what their biggest hurdles were and how to over come them, and general advice/guidance.I am in the Los Angeles area but open to learning about other markets!

Most FSBOs trying to save money and probably don't use an attorney to write the contract...or they go to a general practice attorney, who hasn't seen this before, when they probably should be using a Board Certified Real Estate attorney, or one who is practicing real estate law for advice and approval of the contract they want to use.
