It really depends how much "skin" in the game your tenant has!

Go be dull somewhere else but now in my forum.You're gunna need thicker skin than that to succeed out there.

Make the tenant/owner have skin in the game.  

We all have to be true to ourselves and I'm comfortable in my skin and it seems you both are also.

I was going to try n let them stay but as many have said I have already allowed too many things to go without taking action and I just need to get thicker skin n go for it.

If your units are not sparkling clean and  comfortable, you will not get good reviews and bookings.
