There is significant mold damage (and yes, the "bad" kind) in the basement and at least 1/2 of the first floor.My husband is a mold remediation professional, so I'm not concerned about that aspect of the job as far as cost to demo, remediate and get "clear" mold counts.The put back numbers will be high because most of the walls & ceilings have to come out, and some beautiful 1950s hardwood floors may be beyond drying/repair.

One demonstration of this is the concept of ‘barriers to entry.’ I remember when I was back in school and this was just some business vocab word, but coming through the real estate battery and seeing many of our members struggle with it, it seems to have its place.All the time i see investors get hung up on a certain aspect of investing, some buy courses and never put together a deal while other investors buy a course and slingshot themselves into a deal.

I'd have to say that a developer who has not had several projects under their belt in a metroploitan area should keep in mind the political aspects of the plan, especially if rezoning is going to be an issue.
