@ TomHi Tom, It sounds like you're getting a lot of encouragement and support which is great since I'm in the same boat as you, but even older.

Realtors with continuing education for Realtors, that means mandatory classes, for that you have to have certified instructors, course materials, schools and support which just leads to another industry niche and fees and charges to feed the beast.

It was a monthly subscription service which mainly just allowed me to participate in their weekly calls and I felt that I got enough info from the course materials to move forward without their "support system".

That idea would provide support for them having a large expectation of settlement.
