I also was rapidly able to grow my local network since I had a formal relationship with an established player.  

As far as defining the market as a whole as emerging (rapid growth) that might be a bit of a stretch for most of the rust belt ( excludes the select pockets or emerging senior housing needs ).

Real estate is growing/appreciating quite rapidly in Huntsville contrary to several of the above posts - it reminds me of Nashville from many years ago when that market absolutely took off and hasn't slowed down since.

I'm not an economic expert, but so far I haven't seen a compelling set of cause-effect relationships within housing that I believe could cause prices to rapidly tumble.

@Scott Trench those at risk share a universal marker; that they are tightly leveraged with restricted financial capacity in cash flow and or capital reserves, WITHOUT a knowledge capacity to rapidly pivot to adjust actions in response to a changing market. 

Thus, there is a housing crisis.OMG Ken, your rapidly becoming "the" master of WORTHLESS content...... 

Seems like an interesting approach to have access for more than 10 years all while paying down the balance more rapidly than our convention 30 yr.  

You're likely going to give up some cash flow but it's appreciating pretty rapidly.
