@Sean OToole, I understand your point here, and all I wanted here was to give you a feedback of the feature that you have as part of the service.It's obvious that you should do your title search at a renowned title company, but with the preliminary step in analyzing, its a great resource to have in your arsenal.

And people act shocked that inflation was the result. 

In Rochester i think i can squeeze $115 - $140 per door with a mortgage but was shocked to hear about the property management issues.  

It was a high shock item with a lot cost fix that helped me in the negotiations. 

I would be shocked if there wasn't at least a period of significantly lower rates than today over the next five year period personally
