I don't think people here are qualified to give you advice on what your legal obligations are, especially in your jurisdiction.From a practical standpoint, I can imagine it would be VERY difficult to find accommodations for the tenant and all her pets - how many hotels do you know of that take two cats and a bunny?

The bottom line is that my rental properties were super busy this summer when, then to add to the "normal" stress, I was hit with major health issues (cancer) for hubby and a daughter.
