I think the way one looks at the industry(read fees) is very different if your coming from a real estate agent perspective or an real estate investor perspective.

It seems like a good purchase price for Edmond, but I don't know that I would consider it a "great" deal just looking at it from a pure rental perspective. $113k a great price for Edmond, but Edmond is generally not known for the high return rates.

So you really have to look for some deals.If you were looking at things from an ROI perspective, is there a minimum percentage you would aim to achieve? 

I have the perspective that a lot of real estate is situational, where a range of what is appropriate will fit the need and the result.

Also, note that I am pretty young, have a god/stable income from my primary job and great credit.So I have a few questions on how I should think about executing this from a timeline perspective and also ask what you would do in this situation?

Or are you simply looking to make initial connections from a networking perspective now?

Im just entertaining the idea right now anything i would want to buy would have to make sense from an STR and LTR perspective which maybe cant be done but ill research it anyway.
