Other than having an attorney write up the paperwork, are there any issues with this or has anyone done something like this before?

There is a lot of time, paperwork and research involved in a loan and lenders need to be compensated.Experienced HM lenders will have all the contracts and paperwork ready to go but make sure to have a trusted title guy, mortgage guy or attorney look at the docs before you sign.

My buyer wants to use his title company to transfer the property to him, which is also in another state of HIS residence, b/c they are cheaper, he is familiar with them and they handle all his transactions, paperwork etc and he trust them very well.

Professionally there may/may not be an attorney and/or title company that will handle the paperwork, escrow & closing.One more thing...ALWAYS be up-front and above board with ALL parties on what you're doing.

The paperwork states "representative" for the person doing the managing and they sign docs, deliver and all but the letters etc state the company that is actually doing the lease which is the owner of record for the property.
