Every single person there was very nice as well as humble, no matter their level of success.With respect to learning about real estate investing from BiggerPockets vs. the meeting, the overall pace of the meeting for me was too slow since each person can really only ask one question per meeting.

There are some costs associated to obtaining and keeping your license so depending how much you will use it and/or how you will use it would be important questions as to decide whether to secure a license.I would agree with the last post, each agent works differently and at their own pace.

My thought is that it should start in a "heavily" moderated forum thread, and then evolve into some kind of application over time.There is going to be a lot of information to weed through, and I would assume that caution would be needed to prevent the slandering of a company by folks who might have an agenda...or on the flip side......people trying to make a company look better than what it is.

I’m thinking I can teach 10 questions better than I will ever be able to teach embedded commands, mimicking, pacing, positive and negative reinforcements and the like.ANd if I can train someone from India half way accross the world to screen callers the job is 1/3 accomplished..
