I'm in Poplar Bluff, and I have real estate loans with several of the local banks, and the process is usually much more easy and efficient than using big mega-banks.

In my area I don’t think I will have a problem with my tenants sending partial payments to stop the eviction process if it ever comes to that or doing a charge back to try to get their rent back for several months.

Financial constraints prevent me from delaying the rental process, but I'm also committed to ensuring the safety of the tenants during this temporary arrangement.Thank you for your insights.Jeffrey Hennen

Does anyone kno how I can start that process? 

Unfortunately, the existing tenant is in the process of being evicted for non-payment since June, though I can afford the expenses on a monthly basis without tenants, including mortgage, insurance, and utilities, etc, as well as savings for vacancies etc, so I feel relatively confident that I can manage if the eviction takes time or if I can't find a new tenant for that apartment immediately. 

I’ve gone through the process 3 times (Offer accepted, appraisal, inspection) and for some reason something always needs to come up.
