These counties have seen a lot of activity and offer great opportunities to close deals and start 2024 on a high note in the real estate market.

New Western is listing properties at market value keep that in mind (or maybe 5-7% off the market)..

This establishes in their mind that I'm not one of the typical sharks trying to steal their house (and yes, that is what they think investors are.)
