@Faraz Tariq this is always an issue when you acquire these types of buildings that aren't set up correctly from a mechanical setup. 

Each one of those is different and requires different things.As for the other questions, inspections are like any other building, but I would concentrate on mechanicals and the roof, especially if it is low pitch or flat.

I am about to start my first flip, and had done research into what to do if a mechanics lien was filed against my property.
