you can read/listen to whatever books are in your library.....for FREE......anything else go to the good wheel and find some of the books for CHEAP....2. i humbly say.....dont get too many real estate books but get mindset books.....and book on business and then listen to podcasts on real estate......just my opinion

I was listening to the BiggerPockets Podcast, and I heard something interesting by Brandon Turner.

I am completely new to real estate and have been listening to bigger pockets now for about 2 weeks and already it has changed my thinking of striving to have financal freedom!

I was wondering if you guys could provide me with some guidance as to where to start learning (specific podcasts to listen to, books to read, etc), and/or what to start doing, in order to purchase my first rental property?

I was recently listening to Joe Fairless speak on the topic of giving back.

Other than saving for the down payment and reading books/listening to BP what else do you recommend I focus on?
