Looking for recommendations for email marketing platforms for my passive investor audience.

I use Cozy as my primary rent collection platform, but have several tenants who are . . . lazy to call it what it is . . . and sending a simple cash app or venmo request works to collect payment.  

I asked her how this was supposed to be funny, she kept telling me it was legit and then showed me the PA, it was legit.

Do they have to kidnap your family for you to realize they are not legit???

Drew you can purchase by all means by yourself if you have a great deal lined up just have a legit title company complete the transaction.

Remember that a referral isn't a green light that the subcontractor is good but it helps you start getting some namesUse Google, Yelp, Home Advisor, Angie's List and Better Business Bureau to find more contractors worthy of investigationOnce you do have a solid list of say 5-10 contractors per trade, you can start researching them for reviews, ratings and other online peer reviewsLook them up on your state's secretary of state to make sure they are a legit businessStart calling them to talk to them about your project and to learn about their process.
