Wayne,Thanks for the insight to the other side of the fence, this is why I want to be open and honest with agents that I am a wholesaler, however i have an extensive buyers list of agents who will shop with me and I have every intention to close and fast.

I'm meeting up with another investor next week just to talk shop as a matter of fact.  

If I owned a park nearby with vacant lots, I'd be shopping in this park every month.There are so many red flags on this park that I wouldn't even consider it.

Been shopping for a multiunit.

One way to do this is to find areas that are already super artist communities where the fancy coffee houses have moved in along with higher end shops.

That is a bad combo as tenants have no choice but to do business (shop & dine) in these areas which typically have limited options for anything they want or need to do.  

Businesses closing up shop to relocate?

If you have a Shop-Vac or equal vacuum that can stand having water in it, you might apply it to the outside end of the drain a couple of times a year, just to get rid of possible crud in the drain pipe. 

I would suggest taking the 20k reduction and shopping around for additional foundation quotes to see if you could get the same work done for less.

In a couple years this will be a very sought for area(if it’s not already) that developers are planning to build a complex worth of restaurants, shopping centers, a hotel and more.
