A lot choose lifestyle over continuing to turn the wheel.

I grew up with parents who made around minimum wage and adopted an extremely frugal lifestyle.

When your income is increasing and your portfolio growing don't change your lifestyle.  

These are obviously not the same things and need to be viewed differently, if you’re purchasing real estate/flipping/BRRRing etc. with the goals of financing your current lifestyle you are not investing you’re simply creating a job for yourself and YOU are going to be the ‘Business’ if you stop showing up the money stops too.If you are investing in real estate you are using capitol, leveraging that capitol to create returns on your investment and generate wealth.

My car is literally one step above a piece of sh*t lol It's a life style choice.... only so many things you can do w/ cash.

for me in all seriousness its just the lifestyle I chose way back at 17 18 ..

Sure some of may be Ramsey fans (like bp money) but I’m sure many of us like to enjoy the finer things in life and get lifestyle creep.

I have come to realize how blessed I am to have a wife who understands what I do, that it's a lifestyle and not a career, and that I will always have some new crazy idea I'm excited about (whether it's my current business, real estate, or anything else).
