I agree with Vince 1000% not a single human entity has provided proof of Vince’s “Fraud” any body can come onto the internet and become a keyboard warrior, anybody that still defines the term “wholesaling” as contract assignment should be irrelevan, and considered fraudulent.

It seemed to be abandoned and it was boarded up, and there was even a sign stamped on it that said "this building is unfit for human habitation".

Maybe with the contractor there fixing other things around the house he can show or tell me how to put one in.The home owner was saying the Habitat for Humanity store had a lot of good thing that are a lot cheaper than buying from Lowe's.

My main conclusion is that I am really glad I have a top notch plumber to work with, and it helps me judge the work of other contractors where I have zero interest in doing that skill myself (I don't want to be an electrician, at all).The last option I didn't see anyone mention is join a Habitat for Humanity work crew.
