I agree with Vince 1000% not a single human entity has provided proof of Vince’s “Fraud” any body can come onto the internet and become a keyboard warrior, anybody that still defines the term “wholesaling” as contract assignment should be irrelevan, and considered fraudulent.

It seemed to be abandoned and it was boarded up, and there was even a sign stamped on it that said "this building is unfit for human habitation".

I find any post about human issues to be much more interesting than transactional stuff.

It's a business with an absurdly expensive cost in overhead relative to the rental income you get back.  

Maybe with the contractor there fixing other things around the house he can show or tell me how to put one in.The home owner was saying the Habitat for Humanity store had a lot of good thing that are a lot cheaper than buying from Lowe's.

Donate it to Habitat for Humans or a church group if they will have it is one thing I have done with my derelict OREO that I end up with.

My main conclusion is that I am really glad I have a top notch plumber to work with, and it helps me judge the work of other contractors where I have zero interest in doing that skill myself (I don't want to be an electrician, at all).The last option I didn't see anyone mention is join a Habitat for Humanity work crew.

Every circumstance is different, and I don't care if I have a contract with someone or not, I am not going to ever let that guide what I do as a human being.

I expect that it won't flatten for a while and it's not too absurdly high now that an investor can't be creative and make a profit.

This usurpation human rights within this great country who holds the largest deposit of indiviual rights will be it's bete noire.You know whats going to happen, in it's quest for globalism, who ever we vote in during the next election, will simply pick up where this current one leaves off.
