Put in the time and grow your business HONESTLY. 

I honestly think bringing 50 houses under contract quickly would be a recipe for disaster because it would be the classic "grow too fast and fail" effect. 

Not super in depth but I do have a good track record of being honest and hardworking.

The key, to me is having a property manager who is competent, honest, and hardworking.

I've been looking to purchase my first property for a little under a year now and I honestly don't have much saved.

I honestly don't know what this sort of payment/re-payment scenario would be considered because they've set it up for me just to pay low-rent but in reality it's really just my equity going into the place.

The company that hired me was very honest in saying that 80% of their agents only sell one or two houses a month.

And let's be honest, if $500 will be keeping you from moving forward with another deal, you might want to rethink flipping for the time being.

To be honest I'm not sure how much it would cost to have them separately metered, and I'm deployed right now, so managing projects is difficult.
