Even with the code, the book is not free unlike as it was mentioned in webinar.

For the kayaks and paddle boats, I would just keep those available free of charge for guests to use if they want; those are definitely great to have as an available amenity though.The garage loft could be a really interesting opportunity for setting your cabin apart from other STR's in the area as well.

It doesn't make sense that they would give it to the world for free. 

Install new tar paper, shingles as well as vent as per instructions.If this is the first experience you've had with repairing roofs I would definitely consider having someone do this for you.
