Create habits to habitually construct a person who others view as always reliable, cool headed no matter the complexity.

That being said, unless there is something I am unware of there would be no harm in adding that language on the deed. 

I still to this day have the habit of wasting all of my money on fast food, energy drinks, and almost anything my children, and wife ask me for. 

I like having a specific routine/habits that I do daily.
