Can anyone give me a estimate of how well mediums do on average? 

I've been researching the Orlando area and north of WPB, so it's reassuring to see others mention Orlando as well.

Any well-run NOO STR close to the nightlife/universities/sporting events does well, along with medium-term rentals for travel nurses, people giving Nashville a "test run", etc.
