Lane Kawaoka  they keep coming out with new product.. the only feedback I hear is their underwriting is arduous but once done they do fund... from what I have heard and seen you need REAL equity not just appraised values if you have not owned the assets for any amount of time.If I was in charge of their underwriting I would simply look at what homes are selling for wholesale to rehabbers and then back off about 10 to 15% for foreclosure costs etc and that's how much I would put out on any properties that are in rental dominated areas..

.-  They know your properties overtime-  They will jump for you when needed if you treat them fair and build a relationship-  When they re key a property I haven't had a chance to visit I will ask him to take pictures and give me feedback on what needs to be done.
