Hi All,I am looking at platforms like Crowdstreet in order to expand my RE portfolio.

Portfolio lenders can take down 5 condos in one transaction even if they are unwarrantable.

I’m in the game and am ok with moving more slowly at first while I get systems drilled down and learn how to be a good landlord, but want to be able to start moving on a few deals a year with cash.

That’s a sizable portfolio you have for this area 

For my veterans out there, what is one piece of advice that you wish you knew early into the game?

The -$300 doesn't matter much as a portfolio %. 

Had I been at this game a long time and were more confident in what I was doing, I would take a different approach for sure.

So while it seems to make sense to assume that rising rates will slow the market, that is not what history shows us.As far as my plan, I manage interest risk in a portfolio, that's why you want to have as many 30 year fixed rate notes as possible.
