Personally can't stand the article with post it note but some people might go for that.

Unit open and ready for showing, while I stand outside and wait for people to come back outside and ask questions.

btw, my long term goals is just become established in my area in rehabbing and rental properties.I can't stand being stuck in doors and I love being hands on, so getting into the REI and rehabbing projects will allow me to have that and earn a living while doing so.

wow.I think I figured it out that it just means that everything has to be in good standing with the selling price of the house.I cant by it for 100 if they owe 120 in other words.

If it is a bigger property like an apartment building, it would be a stand alone LLC.

But if rentometer is correct, then I stand to cash flow roughly $300 a month after I do some small repairs and increase rents.
