Hello @Tiffany Marsh There is a lot of opportunity for you if you focus and stick with it.

Most every opportunity I see has the standard returns I mentioned above; otherwise, it would not get funded. 

@Kenneth Bedwell,Any market where properties are NOT selling conventionally (with a Realtor) is potentially a great opportunity for lease purchases.
