Hello folks in Lending forum,looking to try and see about potential lending partners who can write large checks (7 figures) and are looking for very high yield (much higher vs private lending rates) and higher than HML rates.only need lending for 4-6months until large line of credit gets granted and we pay off the short term note.ping me if worth a conversation or have ideas...this seems perfect for a family office just wanting to place dry powder for 4-6mos while they are looking for other deal flow but trying see about other options out there as well.thanks in advance.

Part of the problem we are encountering right now is people have not and therefore those over inflated values are now the norm.

Huntsville is a very popular market (and there are short direct flights from DC too), but I would encourage you to take a look in Florence and Muscle Shoals, Alabama where we manage.If you are interested in the Shoals area, I can help you with insights regarding economic vibrancy, market dynamics, investment strategy, high-ranking public-school systems, etc... and a turn-key experience by helping you find an investment and managing it too.

However, I'm still open to choosing Columbus Ohio if it's a better investment than the Philadelphia area.My priorities are:- Landlord friendliness (I don't want to get stuck in a location where its hard to get uncooperative tenants out of a property)- Friendlier Short Term Rental laws (AirBNB, etc) - Ideally lower property taxes (Not a huge concern if there isn't a big difference between the two)- Better cash flow (If the different purchase price to cash flow is substantial, I'd want the better cash flowing area)Which between these two regions would you recommend?

In this case we are selling without any cap gains tax, deferred or otherwise.
