that stuff was bulletproof and I think I have a couple of rooms left in my property portfolio, it won't die, like Methusela flooring--Cap Ex be damned... ) Similarly, the more I learn about concrete, I can mix and cure it to last longer than I can ever expect to live (again useful life be damned)... and if you are patch, repair, OCD maintenance landlord, you can cheat it some extending the useful life of many items (though you could argue the labor and repair is the input of the Cap Ex money, but mostly my own elbow grease, and I get some exercise to boot)...

isn't it that every time you make changes to a contract ie: extend the closing, you are ASKING for that consession.

This extends the life of the equipment and know know the filters are being changed.

Unless the people in this thread are going to extend their contractors/pricing to you, the information is meaningless.

We then found out another employee, who was renting from/living with extended family, was losing their housing in 2 weeks.

So for me that is Broward County, I would be willing to extend as far as the tri-county area (Palm, Broward & Dade). 

The listing went live three days ago and I have had 11 inquiries, including this one.The husband has a long-term job working for a company in another state, and has been put on a temporary assignment here in this city.At the moment the thing that makes me the most nervous is they're saying the assignment may be extended.
