we did notice our electric bills were quite high as well this winter. we just live a few towns over in Goodview. we will be sure to then make any offers contingent on inspections.

Any realtor/turnkey companies/PM recommendations are highly appreciated since I haven't purchased there since 2009.Anyway, very excited to explore this next chapter and see what's possible.

For a first deal, I would prefer to be in Kansai area, maybe something in a town in between Kyoto/Osaka or in either city as I'm familiar with the area (more than others at least) and love it there.
