An experienced SS agent will have an idea if the buyer will have to “contribute” extra money to help pay off a settlement with these, and structure your offer accordingly.

It seems hard to make an informed decision without reviewing the trust, the QCD, talk to the trustee and the investor to get the whole story.

Something about this does not seem right, has anyone with Multi Family analyzation experienced this?

Its not the subdivision we reviewed in class, let me see if I can find it, as its larger and its in the 7-8 month DOM range.
