When you see established folks say not to write an offer you can't close on, this is why.... 99 times in 100, the highest sales price will come from someone getting traditional bank financing, so if you want that, you gotta be able to actually close.

The sales people actually know what they're talking about and would love to establish a relationship with someone like you.Avoid Samsung and LG like the plague, unless you like replacing appliances every few years.Also, I'm pretty sure new and used appliances are treated differently for tax purposes.
