Everything is pre-calculated and worked into the system.I think I understand real estate but I don't have enough experience to determine the value that each individual job has. an agent is 6%Is money worth 20%?

I now think of a % figure as a good way to compare deals, but not a good way to evaluate individual deals.I'm looking for rough estimations through this form to hopefully crowdsource reasonable estimates for an average 2 - 4 unit multifamily in Ohio.

You should post this on Medium but I’m sure those in the RE education business (arguably racket) would attempt to undermine the knowledge you shared today.I’ve been doing this for 20+ years and knowing what I am and when I’m in the other categories has enabled me to be relatively successful in Real Estate.

Do you run each property separately in individual LLCs/bank accounts?

Properties with more than four (4) units under the same roof and are individually owned, MUST be registered.3. 

(They’re promoting individual power stations using Tesla solar and batteries and possible the cars for storage.)

It is ALSO a great way to F up and do things in the wrong order, take 5 times longer (doing it yourself and taking longer can often cost you more in holding costs than just hiring a pro to do it quicker).Looking at the bigger picture, getting things done with permits and using contractors enables you to focus on the business rather than working in the business.

@Estefania Concha Unfortunately your tenant is correct in the fact that you must have a "tenant at fault just cause" currently due to the tenant protection programs...normally this does not apply to single family residences owned by an individual. 

I personally don't recommend this until you are more experienced because one bad deal can ruin the partnership and your relationship with that individual (and maybe more);3.
