While I'm only about 2 years into my RE investing career, I've already been through a couple of paid events (only SFR flipping, not commercial multi-family yet) which certainly propelled my career forward but also included a whole lot of sitting through a bunch of 'Get Rich Quick' sales pitches to buy even more educational products.

Also, It's not uncommon for commercial properties to have a 90 day closing period, so if you can dispose your SFR's in 90 days, you'll be good.

It will cost you a bit upfront but you will get a great education being by their side and ask as many questions as you can while you're working.On bigger jobs I actually have two crews of two other guys.
