On the flip side if we put signs up in the city right next door then it wouldn't work as well because they would not be as lenient in letting us put up the signs.Every marketing strategy works you just have to figure out what's working for people who are successful in that area and just copy them!

A example being that most indivuales would likley choose not to live next door to welfare reciepients.

I've seen wiring cut out, meters stolen, ACs, doors, appliances, you name it. 

I have knocked on the door and never an answer. 

Due to removing the orig, wood windows, casing, door jambs, the plan turned into removing all the plaster walls on the 1st floor and insulating and drywalling.

. $500 rent for $$33K per door look good as long as water and utilities are paid by the tenant.

It's a small 2/1 734 sf house with a flat roof that probably needs repairs, wall ac units that I would convert to mini-splits, and other general upgrades in the house (floors, kitchen, bathrooms, doors). 

If door and jambs are coming out install the floor before the new doors.
