Most pressing job is to either fix a leaking pressure release valve on a gas hot water tank, or the tank may need to be replaced as it is 8 years old. 

It's very easy, all you need is a trust doc.

As long as it works, doesn’t leak, and isn’t gross... renters realize that they aren’t buying a house, instead they are renting ‘short term’ (often multiple years).

Depending on the contract that you sign with your renters may be you need to fix or replace the appliances, you need to fix water leaks, you need to call a plumber, and electrician and this problems sometimes are expensive to fix.

They are saying there is leak on customer fuel line which is basically the maxitrol regulator leaking in the attic.

I have subject to training doc I share with folks needing to learn the proper way to close and then manage the mortgage/bank post closing.  

Leaky roof,  water leaks, smoke detectors-  definitely fix right away.
