De Humidifiers are more efficient for humidity and also help with the temperature "fee".  60 moist is a lot colder than 60 dry.  88 dry is a lot cooler than 88 moist.S.

@Maria De La Vega I suggest underwriting at 3% because it depends on what time of the year you’re buying the property and what percentage of the property taxes you need to pay.

This has to be double checked at the local urban planning department, and you may look directly at the PGOU (Plan General de Ordenación Urbana) and other zoning provisions.
