I know advanced investors are not possibly using this tool, by me as a newbie has been using it to do a quick check before deep diving into a property.

Does anyone have connections with an agent that can do this?

With tampa being such a large and ever-growing community there is no way there are no real estate conventions/clubs/or networking events where i can really leverage my connections and really get to learn from really savvy people. 

The more you are able to illustrate the salient points of a deal, the more folks will be able to weigh in, offer advice or even connect with you on an opportunity.Does that make sense?

The other unit owner has deep pockets and is using scare mongering tactics.It's important to note that the entire HOA, not just the board, is involved in the all of the decision-making process for the building.
