My plumber went and discovered tush wipes sitting ON the toilet tank while trying to test the toilet.

For a small sum like that I would think they could pay you out of pocket and deal with trying to recoup it from behind the scenes on their own.

The RE law in Ok and Texas clearly states that an LCC employee can find eals and help in the transaction. Can someone give some suggestions about it?

Why risk $50k on a "maybe 5%" return when you can get 4.3% on a CD? 

In every deal there are issues to work out and it's up to you to decide if you want to resolve the issues or move on to the next buyer.
